BS degee in Compute Science, simila technical field of study o equivalent pactical expeience. 2. A solid foundation in common design pattens, algoithms and data stuctue and can implement in Java. 3. Stategic thinking and ability to multi-task while balancing shot tem and long-tem needs ae essential 4. Expeience in building distibuted systems o highly scalable online sevices 5. Woking poficiency and communication skills in witten English. 6. The ability to wok well in a team envionment is vey impotant 7. Passion and enegy ae as impotant as you technical skills. 8. Expeience in payment domain (integation with Paypal/Baintee, Hypewallet, etc)  is a big plus. 9. Expeience in eactive pogamming is a plus. 10. Expeience in cloud computing platfom such as gcp and aws is a plus. 11. Woking knowledge and expeience with UNIX o Linux platfom and can pogam in Python, Pel o Shell is a plus.
