1. 通过电话、邮件、远程等服务方式为客户提供桌面一线技术支持
2. 通过知识管理及技术流程文件的维护,监督技术问题的解决方案及其实施
3. 与客户及供应商建立及保持良好的工作关系,按要求达成SLA
4. 日常事件管理:
1)问题的故障诊断,排错和升级
2)解决客户端远程访问工具的复杂连接问题
1. Poviding fist line suppot fo client in espect of technical esolution of incidents.
2.Diect supevision of poblem models, solutions and implementation via Knowledge Management and maintenance of technical pocedual documentation.
3. Meeting o exceeding SLA when esponding to all incoming incidents.
4. Building and managing woking elationships with customes and supplies.
5. Day to day incident management:
1). Poblem monitoing, esolution and escalation.
2). Resolving complex connectivity poblems elated to client chosen emote access tools.Requiements
1. 良好的沟通能力,良好的英语读写能力
2. 0-2年IT Helpdesk相关经验
3. 熟悉 Windows 环境,包括 Windows 7 &
10、MS Office 和 Active Diectoy
4. 熟悉局域网、无线局域网和广域网网络
5. 对VPN有基本了解

3. Expeience with Windows envionments, including Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and Active Diectoy
