It equies demonstated expetise on PA module design, as well as PA tansisto design fom inside to outside.Responsibilities  ·       Fomulating PA Stategies and Concepts ·       Collaboation & Pesenting & Communicating infomation ·       Applying Expetise and Technology ·       Entepeneuial and commecial Thinking ·       Deliveing Results and Meeting Expectations ·       Planning and Oganizing ·       Innovating to develop IPR and patent ·       Pefom eseach leadeship ·       Mentos/coaches/tains enginees with less expeience Key Qualifications ·       Education: Min 10 yeas of PA aea expeience ·       Business undestanding and mapping to actual PA equiements ·       Familia with vaious PA achitectues such as Dohety, Cheiex, E&E, Out phasing, etc ·       Know well on how to design a PA tansisto and peipheal cicuit ·       Expetise on using Agilent ADS, HFSS simulation tools ·       Maste with RF test equipment and methodologies such as Netwok Analyze, signal analyze and spectum analyze ·       Stong knowledge of Radio technologies and modulation such as LTE, NR, QPSK, QAM etc. ·       Stong toubleshooting skills Additional Requiements ·       Stong awaeness of teamwok spiit ·       Solid witten and vebal communications skills ·       Fluent English skill
